Optional Forms for Students and Families

  • Student Parking Pass -
    • Students have the option to park in the Denfeld Parking lots if they drive to school. Each pass is $40.00 per year.  For more information regarding parking visit our transportation and parking page.
  • Application for Educational Benefits Instructions -  
    • The link above will provide you with instructions on how to fill out the Application for Educational Benefits through Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
    • Submitting an application may help benefit families with things such as reduced-price athletics, field trip and activities fees. Your approved application also provides the school with crucial funds that support the learning environment and improve the overall educational experience.
  • D.A.S.H. Registration Form --
    • Denfeld After School Happenings (DASH) is our after school program that offers Tutoring and Mentor Support, community progaming and resources, a safe space where all are welcome, and snacks. DASH meets Mondays-Thursdays 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. in the Denfeld Media Center.
  • Photo and Video Opt Out -
    • Complete this form if you would  like to request that your students not be included in photos and videos in the school district.
  • Family Involvement Contact Form
    • Families can volunteer time, talents, and/or funds for Denfeld Events such as Teacher Appreciation Week and Hunter Kick Off.  Complete this form if you are interested in being contacted to assist.  
  • All Night Grad Party Volunteer Form

    • Each year a fabulous committee of Denfeld parents, guardians, alumni, family, and friends help plan an All Night Graduation Party to celebrate the graduating seniors of Denfeld High School. (The All Night Grade Party takes place immediately following the graduation ceremony.)  We are looking for parents, guardians, alumni, family, and friends of all grade levels who may be interested in helping to plan the party for the Class of 2026! Any amount of time and talent is greatly appreciated.   Complete the ANGP Volunteer form if you are interested in volunteering time, funds, or donations.
