You have 3 options with your middle name: 1) full, 2) first letter initial, or 3) none. If you choose none, please type n/a in the box. Make sure your name is spelled correctly! This spelling will be published in the yearbook.
If your photographer stated they would be sending your photo to the school, double check that they are and that they are sending them to nathan.shaw@isd709.org. Make sure they include your name in the email. Still complete this form so we have your name!

Oct. 6 - Oct. 10, 2025: HOCO and Hallway Decorating
October 31, 2025: Yearbook Photos DUE to Mr. Shaw
Date TBD: Josten’s Meeting (ordering caps, gowns, etc) - Mandatory
March 18, 2026: Senior Class Meeting

May 21, 2026: Honors Night
May 22, 2026: Senior Send-off Assembly
May 28, 2026: Last Day for ALC Work
May 29, 2026: Last Day for Seniors; Elementary Walks;Tower Tours
June 4, 2026: Graduation and Rehearsal; All Night Grad Party
