Athletic FAQ's
Need Access to Parent Infinite Campus Portal
Email Tracy Robertson: Tracy.Robertson@isd709.org and include the following information.
1. Your Name
2. Student Name
3. Student ID# (lunch number)
Finding your students ISD709 Google account Password
Your students' current password can be found in the Parent Infinite Campus Portal. Menu (three lines on the top left of your screen) then select ‘MORE’ then ‘NETWORK’. Passwords are case sensitive.
Sports Physicals
1. NO PHYSICAL = NO PLAY!
Every student athlete is required to have a valid sports physical on file with the Denfeld Athletic Office prior to any participation in any sport.
2. Your students' physical status (expiration date) can be found in the Parent Infinite Campus Portal. Menu (three lines on the top left of your screen) then select ‘MORE’ then ‘ACTIVITY DEPARTMENT’.
Do Grades /Credits earned affect my students' eligibility?
YES!
2023-24 year – Student must have passed all classes last spring
1. No F’s on the last report card (Grade period or Final Grade)
2. F on report card will result in a four-week period of ineligibility (grades reviewed 9/15)
3. Consecutive grade periods with an F = ineligibility for the entire first grade period (Ends 11/3)
4. Classes of ’24 need 21.5 credits to graduate
5. Class of ’25 and beyond need 22.5
My daughter missed school due to an illness; can she still play in tonight’s big game?
No, students must be in attendance at school for a minimum of the last two hours of the day. A doctor’s appointment, funeral, or family emergency can also be allowed depending on the situation. Parents should contact the schools Activities Director in advance. IF a student does participate it is in violation of this attendance rule, they can be suspended from future games.
