Be sure to include your childs name!
All activity fees are due prior to your first game/meet/competition.
How do I know if I need a new sports physical?
Most physicals are good for 3 calendar years from that date that the physical was done, unless otherwise specified by the provider.
You can check your sports physical expiration date by logging into your Arbiter athletic registration account and checking

Activities Travel Release Form
If your student is not riding on the district provided transportation either to or from an event, this form needs to be filled out and brought to the athletic offices in Denfeld prior to each event.
